Indeed - With more defeats than Fabian Hurzeler this season, Pep Guardiola must be floundering, in the deep end, without his arm bands!!!Which coaches are totally in their depth?
Honest, no edge, question

Its not getting upset that's the problem, it's having no patience despite our previous experience of these things. It's calling for the managers head when we were 10th and using completely unfounded rumours to justify it.I can’t be bothered to read the whole thread, but I will say I don’t think getting a bit upset after losing 7-0 makes you a bedwetter.![]()
I’m as sure as I was that we’d do the double over Chelsea that we’re getting a maximum of one point against Southampton and perhaps nothing against Bournemouth and Fulham. However, we’re beating Newcastle and Man Citeh away for certain!Yes, after two good games against Chelsea our next game is against a team who could record one of the lowest point totals in Premier League history - what could possibly go wrong?
I wouldn't ever claim to be a 'fan of the year', I'm just able to look at think about things objectively. All through the season - for numerous reasons - there have been ups and downs and that will probably continue. It doesn't bother me in the slightest.Say what you want. I was fuming after how we set up and failed to adapt to Forest. It was niave and embarrassing and it followed rumours of discipline issues in the team and a number of frustrating results at home. I think with my heart during results like that, rather than my head and that is why I don't run a football club. So in short, do one to all these 'fans of the year' using the benefit of hindsight, to try and put others down for sharing their frustrations and opinions in a fans forum.
THANK YOU. Childish tbh. Imagine starting a thread to go 'told you so!' lol just accept that football is massively a game of opinions. So sad that because some of us shock horror have a f***ing view that’s different to yours on a f***ing forum that you have to act like Mr High and mighty all the time u sad bastard
…..apart from the 41% (263) that voted for exactly that 2 weeks ago ?I don't remember seeing a lot of people calling for his head.
Sure some people did, but my memory is a lot of people saying he needed to start turning things around or they'd want him replaced in the summer.
That was certainly my position after Forest.
Do me a favour, you're absolutely using hindsight and brand new information to invalidate some fans opinions who were hurting after the 7nil humiliation. This thread is so divisive and only serves to point score over other fans. If we failed to get decent results in the next few, this thread will be bounced again in favour of the other...I wouldn't ever claim to be a 'fan of the year', I'm just able to look at think about things objectively. But if someone is going to commit their completely OTT opinions to a forum, they should be prepared for them to bite them on the arse when they turn out to be nonsense.
Nothing wrong with being upset. I went to Nottingham and I was massively disappointed and embarrassed. But people need to have a bit more self contro, and stop throwing their toys out of the pram. When I came out of the City Ground there was some Neanderthal Albion fan shouting “Get that German c*nt out of my club”. He kept screaming that, like a 4 year old having a tantrum. That was even more embarrassing than the result. When things are going wrong, the last thing you want is people losing control of their emotions. People coming on here, saying that Hürzeler should be sacked, are as much part of the problem as anything else. Everyone knew that a couple of wins would see these people do a u-turn. Trouble is, another couple of defeats and they’ll be bawling their eyes out again even though they know for an absolute fact that FH is not going to lose his job this season and probably not next season either.Say what you want. I agree with you. Obviously, there are total idiots whenever. However, I do feel the manner of the defeat sparked a few emotional reactions from fans in the moment that wouldnt usually show. It did me and I consider myself fairly rational fan. Let's be honest, many of our expectations have to be raised after the recent European journey and summer investment etc.Nothing wrong with being upset. Be upset. But stay rational

No I'm not. I'm saying that if you're going to present such strong opinions, be prepared for some pushback when they are highlighted as a complete overreaction.Do me a favour, you're absolutely using hindsight and brand new information to invalidate some fans opinions who were hurting after the 7nil humiliation. I think as fans . Giving rash judgements and changing them regularly is all part of itI know what you mean, but it's a bit harsh to say bedwetters. Maybe some just need to learn that you have to judge a coach based on the whole season, not just a couple of bad results.
Not really hindsight, we had 34 pts from 24 games in midtable - we’re not hovering about the relegation squabble like West Ham, Spurs, Everton or ManUtd.Do me a favour, you're absolutely using hindsight and brand new information to invalidate some fans opinions who were hurting after the 7nil humiliation. I heard a rumour that you need to work harder if you are envious of some imaginary fan of the yearSay what you want. I was fuming after how we set up and failed to adapt to Forest.
