I don't think it's as simple as sacking the manager, the coaching is obviously not good enough so perhaps if somebody was brought in to assist..... & I mean somebody f***ing useful ..........................

Any suggestions anyone?

That said, I think Slade's got another 8-10 games to turn the results around.

The current return of less than a point a game probably won't be good enough to avoid relegation.

8-10 games? ?

We'll be down by that unless something changes!

Correct. we made the mistake last season when sacking MA. I blame White and Booker for the shit we had last season, they should of gone a long time ago. We have good quality players in this season, which is the reason we are looking better than last, but with those two muppets we are never going to be a force in this league.

But it was Slade's decision to keep them here. I can't really speak for Booker, but White gets a lot of unnecessary abuse from people like yourself who have absoloutely no idea at what he does.

Micky Adams should never have been brought back. It was obvious what was going to happen.

The mistake was getting rid of Dean Wilkins.

dunno I'm lost

From the start of the season the squad was lacking in motivation and belief. I saw that first hand. What we are seeing is still a lack of belief but now with the frustration of actually realising that the management and coaching staff once again are seriously inept. Certain players not pulling there weight, certain players unhappy with contracts, and certain individuals clearly not up to the job. There will be some big arse changes soon!

I was disappointed when Gannon turned us down and underwhelmed when we signed Slade. He pulled off a miracle with what he was left to pick up but I still had doubts he was the right man for the job.

I can only go on what I've seen and it's not too many games, although I have listened to the commentary most games. I agree that the results are really disappointing overall but I look at the players he signed and the type of football we have played compared to what's gone on over the last 3 or 4 seasons and I have to say it's moving in the right direction..just very very slowly.

I'd like to see him given longer and as long as we don't start being cast adrift of mid table I'll settle for this season being a bedding in process. We have endured such absolute shite on the field over the last few seasons and I can see green shoots.

Definitely in for the moment but I understand the frustrations of those who want him out. I'm just not convinced that we will do any better with a new manager unless it's Curbishley or Coppell, if either was available I'd say sack him and get them in.

That is probably reason enough for a change of manager-the problem is: when do they make the change? Some things suggest that things are moving in the right direction but others suggest they are not. It's a hell of a dilemma for Tony Bloom.

I'm not in the Slade Out camp, yet, but inconsistent results, piss poor discipline and our lack of effectiveness in front of goal simply has to be sorted out and frigging quickly. If things are as they currently are come the end of October then change is necessary-sorry Russell.

13 games - 13 points - (3 wins in 15 league and cup games) is just not good enough with the investment made - something has to change soon - we must win the next 2 home games otherwise I will be joining the other disenting voices call for a change in management.

Pork pie land.
Out - and bloody quickly!

I had just thought he was not up to taking the Club up very far. But I was wrong! He is not even up to keeping us in this Division! Come on TB - sort it out before it is too late!
