I am on the fence because whoever becomes manager would not be able to achieve promotion with the present squad in their current position.
I have had more than I can stand of Div 1 football so will not be attending any further games this season.

Slipped to fence now. Deeply disappointed thus far. Had money, been unable to pick a winning side. Three wins all season in all competitions is piss poor given the cash and the squad.

It would be interesting to go back through the polls and see how the Slade In %;s have progressed if anyone can be arsed. I think 54% is his worst showing to date.

If they announced tomorrow that Coppell replaces Slade as manager I wouldn't be upset. I'd be happy.
Though I wouldn't have been that bothered if they'd binned Slade for Gannon at the end of the season.

I won't be screaming for his head or anything, this is far from a Micky Adams scenario. He's just a bit average.

I've been firmly behind Salde, but I'm faltering. He kept us up but managerial changes have that short term effect normally. I'm all for giving him time, but Brighton should be promotion challangers, not relegation fodder. It's hard being an Albion fan sometimes; on paper we should be in play-offs at least, and that is with this squad. I personally blame Discipline and the home atmosphere more than Salde. But he has to take some responsibility.

Of course, get the confidence back (and the players wouldn't be so reckless and will keep their heads and discipline better) then a good run and everyone will be happy again.

I was pro-Slade but after the Tranmere result I am having second thoughts. Perhaps a complete clean out of the coaching staff is required too.

dunno I'm lost
I'm to believe until Hartlepool at the latest

From the start of the season the squad was lacking in motivation and belief. I saw that first hand. What we are seeing is still a lack of belief but now with the frustration of actually realising that the management and coaching staff once again are seriously inept. Certain players not pulling there weight, certain players unhappy with contracts, and certain individuals clearly not up to the job. There will be some big arse changes soon!

I'm now hoping that certain posters on here will stop sending me sarcastic and pathetic messages and emails accusing me of stirring and trying to be the big 'i am know it all'. What i post is the the FACTS i have, and its never been about bragging or 'i have insider knowledge look at me!!'. I've never named names or given any indication of sources and i'll keep it that way thank you very much. I'm an albion supporter of thirty odd years and want whats best for the club. If you dont like it you know what you can do
