The manager cannot discipline the players once they are on the pitch they need to take far more responsibility.

I voted in, because up to the sending off I thought we were playing really well.
When you look at who has been sent off this season none of them are the sharpest tools in the box are they?
When we have a full squad, the likes of El Abd will even struggle to make the bench.
But I saw enough in the first twenty minutes to convince me we will be OK this season.

in for the moment as i reckon he can turn it around - needs to iron out these red cards and get us doing something at home though. if we are still struggling come the middle of november though then enough will probably enough - get a new man in, give him a month to work with what he has got before the window so that he knows what he needs, and then let him spend mr blooms money in a hope of staying up

We are definitely an improving side, just having some shite luck. The discipline is abit of a worry, but I'm still managing to convince myself it is just a freak spell for the club. However, I would like to see a better coaching set up. I watched Booker warm up the subs today, i.e Murray, Hart, Cox, Thornhill and Navarro and I have to say he looked half hearted and rather clueless. Other than running them across the pitch and passing the ball for a few seconds, the subs looked pretty bored! What does White do???

Also has to be the worst set of 3 officials I can ever remember at Withdean!

In because he is producing a team that plays decent football but is very young and inexperienced and we really are not getting much luck at the moment.

I voted Adams out after about 6 games last season so I guess you vote as you see it..

realistically he should be given the whole of October as they are all winnable fixtures and points are needed on the board because November is a very tough month of fixtures. If there is no improvement results wise by the end of october then i would review the situation. If indeed a new manager is required then they must be brought in before the january window.

We actually played very well after the sending off too. We aren't getting the breaks at the minute - I just hope we do before too long because frankly I'm getting really bored of watching us lose at home.

(that's an 'in' for me btw)

Were you at the game. Did you think the game was full of ill discipline.

Yes. I agree it wasn't ill disciplined, although Dickinson did get booked again for moaning- surely a quiet word from Slade would sort that out. But 5 red cards in 10 games is no coincidence and something needs to be done to improve it.
