I think if you look at last weeks polls you will see that Grimsby was fixtured by Ernest by seconds Which would explain him being so quick off the mark this week.

There is no harm in the polls its just guaging public opinion and this week seems to show a swing in Slades favour so far even if there are still more outs.

I would rather have a poll on this than what is your favorite buscuits or whatever, it is afterall a Brighton and Hove Albion message board.

And as said above if you dont like it dont click on it, but it does give YOU a chance to voice your opinion too

Some are not willing to give RS a chance it seems,its like a scratched record look at pompey, fans have been behind him,and maybe they have turned the tide,RS is manager,back him i say til otherwise.

Whether it goes up minutes before the final whistle or just after, a late late goal is not going to affect the results too much, because the goal will go in before almost every one votes.

Some people like to see the opinion of people after wins, after draws and after losses.

No he is not the man to get us out of this division. He is the man currently sending us down to League Two with Falmer two seasons away. My god other chairman have seen sense in sacking their manager. Tranmere, Wycombe, Norwich, Notts County for example and that was down to one thing and that was RESULTS!
