I couldn't give a shit either way as I don't smoke, but I do find the way that anti smoking groups and the government present their argument pretty irritating, they do the same thing on environmental issues as well.

They present opinion as fact and use emotional language and scare stories to try and influence people. Cirtain opinions have become fashionable to have and if you want to have a different opinion your're looked down upon, smoking is one of these things.

There was a doctor on GMTV yesterday and he was coming out with some serious bullshit, everything he said was worst possible case scenario. It's like some sort of acceptable propoganda.

Just give me the facts and let me make up my own mind
