I drive past that site regularly. Zero building started thus far.

The imaginary builders who have not started work on the new stand, needed another artists impression to not start work on.

Double bubble - keeeeerrrrrrrching.

I drive past that site regularly. Zero building started thus far and would fit maybe four full size pitches max.

Full size Desso pitch with undersoil heating
Covered full size 3G pitch
Full size floodlite 3G pitch
6 additional outside pitches

This is solely for the use of the academy teams.

Our new, state of the art cat 1 academy, being built as we speak.

Very nice....but:

1. Someone’s already graffitied the top of the dome.
2. You’re gonna need a bigger car park. Not enough spaces for the first 11, never mind the caravans
3. Bit worried about that corner of the dome, the pitch and the road. Looks a bit tight. Have a word with the architect.
4. Finally, that huge ominous shadow that’s cast across the main pitch...I didn’t realise Palace were building it so close to us?

Only a total goon would come here and gloat about a vastly inferior imaginary set up.

What is wrong with these people.

Is the tree-filled area in the bottom right just above the car park, the back gardens of people's houses?

And in the very bottom right it looks like a bowls club which will be handy for any staff in their seventies who want something to do in the afternoon rather than heading to Kempton or Sandown Park with the lads.

Woy enjoys a game of bowls

I think they know they are going down with Burnley next season. Probably with Dyche at the helm.
