I was just about to say the same reminds me of one of the pitches up by Stanmer House, my Sunday League team home pitch for a few seasons.

Snap. Also had the misfortune to have one of the pitches on Ditchling Rd at Hollingbury as a home pitch.

Very nice....but:

1. Someone’s already graffitied the top of the dome.
2. You’re gonna need a bigger car park. Not enough spaces for the first 11, never mind the caravans
3. Bit worried about that corner of the dome, the pitch and the road. Looks a bit tight. Have a word with the architect.
4. Finally, that huge ominous shadow that’s cast across the main pitch...I didn’t realise Palace were building it so close to us?

What took so long? Ours opened 6 years ago and it's about twice the size (and currently being expanded further).
