Just found this - rested apparently. AT least someone is looking after him, whether thats the county or the ECB I'm not sure.

I would say that was an ECB request.

There was no real reason for Worcs to 'rest' him. They have limited his work load in all games.

I just think Moores is still trying to make a point to Harmison about what happened in New Zealand, so they will stupidly rush Jones back.
