Enough people see it as value for money - that's why they won't bring the prices down. If supporters felt that strongly about it and really couldn't afford it, they should vote with their feet and the club would have to take notice. The ticket situation at Brighton relies on those in charge realising prices have been far too high for shite facilities for far too long (for all the 'special' circumstances we are only too familar with), and pledging to bring them down to a more reasonable level as soon as possible.
To my knowledge, no one has done this, and a freeze isn't good enough. I fear therefore prices will never come down from their current elevated levels, even at Falmer - which, with a ground to fill, would be bonkers.
Even die-hard fans (hardly neutral observers) think it isn't value for money. So it can't be.

But they aren't going to do that.

.
Does anyone know how our prices compare to other clubs in League 1?
They have been. We reckon we're a big club. We're getting 5,000.
can i just ask are you a sth and will you be paying the price? just your keen to defend the prices but you havent mentioned if you will be putting your hand in your pocketObviously not enough then because the club can afford to keep prices the same.
When we get Falmer, attendances will rocket regardless of the price.
I just don't think the club can justify asking fans to fork out £400 plus for this standard of football anymore.
It just seems the rules of supply and demand do not apply in Brighton.
