Seagulls, you made heavy work of that...

Seagulls, peck me all to bits if you will, but you were outclassed tonight.

Wrexham were far and away the better team on the night; more determined, better skill, better everything.

Sometimes it may take an outsider to say it as it is: Brighton and Hove Albion were utter, utter pants tonight.

.. but for the luck of a pen-shoot out.

Honestly, I thought the lads in Red were the Championship team..

True. That's what happens when you have Brighton's away form...

Peterborough 4-0 Brighton, inevitable

Championees Championees ole ole ole!

In all seriousness, we were terrible. But what does that say about you, losing 3-0 to us?

Oh shushh.

You call that 'winning'.

And stop this nonsense about being 'Champions'. For your own sakes. Why keep singing stupid songs about finishing top of div 3? Meaningless.

...Especially when a conference side showed you how to play football... ;

What?! You don't say?

You know, I hadn't thought of that at all but...actually...now you come to mention it...Wrexham DID play well and we didn't. It's like...a lightbulb going on.

Has someone gone and rebooted the computer in the Home For The Persistently Hard Of Thinking tonight or something?

Remembering we were going to get a hammering by saints and we won 3-0

What about west ham ? Lost to Wednesday in the cup and beat Pompey away next match !

Expect the unexpected. Yes we were pants tonight but this was wrexhams cup final !

I'm going 1-1 for Saturday

And there was us all thinking we were brilliant.

Seriously, what is your point?

I'm only confident because of your away form. Of course sod's law dictates that you'll end up ending that run of form against us

What channel did you watch it on s4c or ESPN .?? Nothing better to do ?? Sadow

I wanted to be entertained. And watching a bunch of half-arsed-couldnt-give-a-fek-because-the-pay-cheque-has-cleared munchkins attempt to take on a gutsy, well ordered, well disciplined team comprised of better footballers who want it more - was good entertainment! That is what the Challenge Cup is all about.

Now now Hove saint, before you've come across as a friendly, reasonable chap. Don't now come on here and start to rattle cages.
A disgrace to the football league?

Sent by Derek Achora via the spirit world.

I am a friendly chap! Just replying to banter, in a forum setting is all...
