I'm proud to announce that, in recognition of all his hard work organising the two NSC piss-ups (what, you missed the first?), Safeway Seagull has been awarded his very own emoticon on NSC.

Safeway, officially NSC's funniest (looking) user, is the first person to receive such an accolade. It's quite an honour.
