I’d be more surprised if this sort of stuff hadn’t been discussed by NATO members. But this shows a worrying lack of security.

They really have poor defence against naval drones: in one video I saw you can hear machine gun (??) fire rattling off shortly before the drones hit.

Russia’s defence manufacturer Rostec won’t deploy their most advanced battle tank the T-14 Armata to Ukraine, according to the UK Ministry of Defence.

In the latest intelligence update, the MoD said the chair of Rostec, Sergey Chemezov, stated the T-14 had entered service but would not be deployed to Ukraine.

“Chemezov stated this was due to the high cost limiting manufacturing of the Armata Main Battle tank (MBT) at scale,” the update said.

There is a theory doing the rounds that Putin thinks Medvedev could be a potential challenger for leadership. So, Medvedev acts and sounds like an even bigger looney than Putin and thereby reducing his threat potential.. no one would vote for him as he's such a nutter. .. Thus keeping himself alive.

I love this guy, but he's a little too moderate for me.
He HAS to replace De Zerbi when he leaves. We'll never concede another goal, or miss another penalty. Our success will be global. It will know no boundaries. The Amex will become an impregnable fortress, a battleground. No opposition player would even dare to cross the halfway line. He gets my vote.

He is acting unhinged so as to make himself a joke - and not be seen by Putin as a rival.

Now they are threatening to expel journalists, and are accusing western ambassadors of meddling in Russian affairs.
