I don't think Putin will get Ukraine, but you think America will invade Canada? Are you mad?
They don't plan on invading us, they plan on crushing us financially so we have no choice but to hand over our natural resources. This won't happen in the less than 2 years trump has to operate as Nov 3, 2026 all of the House seats and 1/3 of the Senate seats are to be contested. The people who were all like "trump can't be that bad" will have a chance to change course and vote Democrat thus neutering trump.... I believe

Sorry Raymondo, can't read replies on Twatter without an account. Could you post a screenshot?
This isn't the bit you asked for, can't find it at the moment (I hate twitter!) but this is some useful info from an alleged fact-checker:
"
Implications of Support Termination:

The abrupt halt in U.S. support means that the EW systems on Ukrainian F-16s will no longer receive necessary updates to counter evolving Russian tactics. Russian forces have the capability to adjust their radar frequencies and missile guidance systems to circumvent known jamming techniques. Without continuous updates, the effectiveness of Ukraine’s EW systems will diminish over time, increasing the vulnerability of their F-16s to Russian air defenses.

The Trump Administration’s decision to terminate critical electronic warfare support for Ukraine’s F-16 jets appears to be driven by shortsighted political expediency rather than any coherent military or strategic rationale.

Which I believe translates to "he couldn't find his massive, shitty-diaper clad arse with his own tiny, malformed hands"

Here's hoping you're right. The cynic in me says Trump's team have 2 years to rig those votes. We know he is opposed to democracy, don't we?

Thanks. Hopefully Ukraine can get more Mirage jets. I read a while back that Sweden were also willing to donate Saab Grippen fighters.

Peter Zeihan (I've gone off him a bit recently,) says it's not impossible that a few Canadian states could have unilateral referenda on joining the US - depending on the effect of pressure and tariffs he thinks that's possible in a couple of years.

Some US states should have referendums to join Canada

Not impossible but unlikely, Manitoba and Alberta would be the likeliest to give it a go, but if they are unhappy with their representation in Canada wait until they see how much power they will have in America.

The US needs Canada more than Canada needs the US which is why Trump is trying to screw them over. It won’t work as the pain will hit the US long before it hits Canada. Trump is just too stupid to realise it.

I can't find the Norwegian reply now 🤷🏼‍♂️. But they just receiving a delivery of F35s, and it was a discussion that they should have pool resources with Sweden or France or UK for joint fighter jet development...and everything else, and this is how Europe must now think on all weaponry...
It was far more articulate than that, but I'm just tired 😁.

Well exactly, in fact Zeihan did say those two were the most likely and he also agreed with your caveat of how insignificant their power would be 👍
