The Times is a pretty well balanced newspaper, centre right , but not afraid of having a pop at the Conservative or Labour Party if they see fit. They also have a go at dodgy and unethical business practice.
The Guardian is surely not yet compulsory reading for everybody on NSC is it?

The Times at least for now is probably the most balanced national in the UK, its business and Murdoch sees an opportunity, you can't gaslight everyone. There was a time when the Telegraph inhabited that space, but its lost its way.

Owning the Times though doesn't excuse his practices of lies, manipulation, intrusion and propaganda. Just what Fox News has done in light regulation America. It hideous and should be warning to us all...
