Is there a pool of people that get called up whenever an "event" occurs to go and gather outside and form a small crowd? I imagine they are drawn from a similar pool of people to the ones that hang around outside football stadiums on transfer deadline day.

The sort of people that hang around stadiums on transfer deadline day always appear to be complete and utter knobs wearing tracksuits and Burberry. It's one of my favourite bits of the day watching reporters at various stadia attempt to break some news with all the chavs in the background.

They wont see F&* ALL. These people must be absolutely roasting outside. The press and everyone should leave them alone. Does my head in.

Indeed, it wouldn't be the same without them. St James' Park seem to get first pick in the chav selection process.

They usually look like they're there because they're too stupid to find their way home.

Will 'Arry be filmed leaning out of his car window, saying something like "Played a blinder, that Prince William, top, top lad."

Seen some transfer news on royalrumours.com that the Americans are apparently going to make a fifty million bid for the new baby to be their next Head of State. Obama's going to get the push apparently and they want to go back to a monarchy. Sky Sports cameras are at the American Embassy at the moment.
