How have the prices generally been? I remember finding it second only to Paris in average cost in “tourist” areas - both made the West End look like Blackpool in value.

No worse than any other major European city - arguably better...... Brighton included. Can get a decent meal for a tenner or so and a pint for a fiver. Hotel miles cheaper than a London equivalent.

I shared some of these pictures of Seagulls in Rome with some colleagues at work. A Liverpool supporting colleague suggested that somebody should cut together a video of seagulls in Rome set to Duel of the Fates from Star Wars. I would have gone with the Imperial March myself.

Maybe somebody with skills could pull that off?
