I'm not aware of a reverse term but plenty of white people have been described as black. I remember Alex James once said Damon Albarn is the blackest white man in Notting Hill which is similar. I think you're barking up the wrong tree.

Yes, terms such as 'n----- lover' were once used against white people seen as disloyal to their race. If you oppose segregation and the KKK in America, you'd probably be accused of being a n------ lover.
