It isnt SW london... I spent my teens there and early 20's in Hammersmith, then for my sins lived in South Norwood and now live kingston (thats where the SW Lon is)...

The congestion charge is just another tax, no matter what Ken says. My Company is based in London and we pay £100k+ a year in congestion tax for our vans that have no other option than entering the zone to get to the sites where we are working. This impacts on our profitability, as we cannot charge this to our customers and remain competitive, and, therefore affects our ability to improve our employess pay and conditions.
