Yes and granted he was quality last season but to be fair before he broke his leg this season it wasnt happening for him and im not the only one who thinks that because i remember him getting a slating on here quite a few times before the west ham game.Razak has potential premiership quality can you really say that about dicker? Its a no brainer who you would rather have in our team

It's not all about ability.

Pretty sure ability plays a major part.i like dicker but cant really see him getting much better.razak on the other hand ......

Razak could be amazing. Razak could be very special. Razak played brilliantly against Ipswich, but was invisble after. Dicker HAS won League 1 with us, playing how Gus wants us to play. One has potential, one is already developed.

The developed one is contracted permanently to us.

Dicker's ball to Vokes (shown on the Football League Show) looked good enough for a headed half chance. Vokes was double marked though so it is arguable if it was the right choice of cross ??? Such small things effect the outcome of one game.

When players step out of line, why can't we just fine them like most clubs do. Why does Gus have to get all high and mighty and just freeze them out. Sometimes weakening the team in the process. It's all very well having high moral code's etc etc but that doesn't get results and he is hardly a great role model is he?..So a player steps out of line now and then, so what. It's a bit like rugby player drinks beer comment. Young player steps out of line and gets a bit up himself shocker!!!!....It's part of the game and always has been. I didn't see manager's dropping George Best when he walked into ground straight from the boozer. Different times yes, but same principal...Razak isn't the first to fall foul of Poyet's wrath this season and he won't be the last.Just when we need to win games. Watch this space!!!!!!

Just another thread where the pricks who slate Gus to have another go. There could be any number of reasons why Razak has gone back. At this crucial part of the season, he may have been disrupting the dressing room, he may well not like it here, or more likely, he wasn't getting games, so went back early. He is a very good player and if he ends up in the City first team, he will become a great player.

Border country.East Preston.
It all makes sense now, he had an air about him at training on the kids open day of someone who would annoy a manager.

Your joking of course,on what basis do you come to this conclusion.Razak has played one good game for us,the other at Doncaster was pitiful, whereas Dicker has been consistently a good solid player for us,arguably our MOM yesterday and he's our's,not some overpaid so called superstar from man city who doesn't really care about us or our club.
Razak has far more ability than dicker, dicker is a league 1 player I'm afraid, way to slow, never scores and much more.I find it funny that people actually believe dicker is the awnser to our midfield problems,he was very average before his injury remember. The only central midfielder I would keep is JFC.

Very fair point. JFC was a breath of fresh air through our team when he was forced upon us by injuries and suspensions.

We got some very average players back and he hasn't been seen since.

How would he fine a loan player, we don't even pay his wages!

Of course we pay a percentage of his wages, or did. What do you think a team just sends a player to another club for nothing?...I doubt his parent club would complain if he was fined for doing something wrong, after all he still represents them.

Sometimes I wonder whether Gus' ego is likely to prove a bar to our future progress as a club? How many super players have ego and attitude in bucket loads? Lots, I think and yet most managers still seem to be able to build a team around them and get the best out of them. The question is why can't Gus do this?

Nice to see the long absence due to injury hasn't affected the ability of people to brainlessly slag off Gary Dicker for no reason, no rustiness at all, it's impressive truly.

Shame about Razak, obviouly this doesn't relate to football.
