Yep, bought tickets for me and my lad and neither can download them. Same devices we always use

Have spoken to club they are aware of issue downloading tickets to phone . It’s an issue there end they are trying to fix by today or by tomorrow hope that helps

Managed in the end to download to google wallet. Had to sign into to my google account as the ticket download had signed out my account.
