I'm away but wanted to buy my ticket for a friends and family member and it says 'ticket cannot be shared'. Any ideas why/when I can get it to be shared ? Thanks

You can't buy your ticket and pass it on. You have to buy using their own fan number. If they're not STH or MyAlbion+ you need to wait until Tuesday to buy a guest ticket and allocate it to them then.

(or if you have bought your usual seat already you just don't download it to your wallet and forward the email on to them for them to download instead.)
