I continued to use my current email address and existing bank account, used paypal a bit but not much but most important job is to keep a spreadsheet showing your ins and outs and your current balances at every bookie. It can be cumbersome but IMO essential.
It may seem a bit sad but I know where every penny currently sits, I have around £5k in bookie accounts at the moment, and I know pretty much every transaction I have made.

I’ve had an online look at anti gubbing measures. It appears there’s no guaranteed way, but betting regularly on non-offers normal sports bets looks advisable, which one can always lay on Betfair, on regular stuff like Albion results or on (NSC’ers secret love affair) Spurs.
