I have no opinion to give on the legality, morality or otherwise of this situation. It reminded of ancient times when I was learning to drive. My driving instructor was also a private dick. A couple of times he called in the evenings to see if I was okay to reschedule a lesson booked for the next day as he was on the trail of a potentially unfaithful spouse. I have been doing similar Enquiries myself and contacted The Defendant ( the wife )

She claims the Husband is a "Deadbeat Husband and Deadbeat Father"

She said he is shit in bed so she is seeking satisfaction elsewhere. Although she said she is staying at her mother's so as not to hurt his Macho Ego.

She is happy for the OP track her vehicle. So long as he pays her £1.45 per mile.

Also says she is happy for husband to see the kids. After all, she will need a babysitter while she is over at her new Boyfriends having her sexual urges satisfied.

All this is in jest of course but who knows. It could very well be her version of Events.
