With his parents - he was never going to be the brightest. Despite the finest schools and all the private tuition he could want. What we do know is that his teachers did his exam coursework - which thinking about it, proves he has some intelligence.

But he just did something stupid. So why are people surprised. He has apologised.

When you are young you do stupid things. When people are old they do stupid things. Let's just hope for his sake he learns.
