Whoever Everton play next will hope that Flidford is picked. Two goals gifted to Fleetwood.

It would be nice to find a way of incorporating Haydon Roberts into a team that includes White, Webster and Dunk.
He looks very composed and polished. I wonder if there is any way he could play at left-back? - Although I haven't got a clue if he can burst forward or cross a ball.

Also a big shout out for Big Dan Burn and Joel Veltman who both look so dependable and experienced, always seeming to choose the right pass.

My man of the match was Pascal Gross. He's always looking to pass forwards and to deliver the ball into dangerous areas. He's ahead of Ali J or Ali Mac in my book.

Carrow Road, Deepdale & Hillsborough almost always seemed fruitless for us in my 44 years of support. In recent times, we’ve shaken off the hoodoos.

Add Loftus road to that list of former graveyards.

I very much doubt Potter is going to play first-choice players in the League Cup when there are vital Premier League points to play for a few days later. Neither will Man Utd.

I think Manure will play many of their best XI.

OSG needs an FAC or LC win this season to save his job. A cup exit against Brighton’s second team would unleash severe and lasting criticism.

Playing Jahanbakhsh, he must be on Potter’s radar.

Pulled off some time before the end. He's starting next EPL game, I would imagine. Absolute quality dripping off him.

The reserves/youngsters will play in the next round as well. Only addition will be Molumby or Lallana and perhaps a striker for the bench.

Have to say the stream was very good, enjoyed the evening's entertainment. £10m well spent

And you also need to sort out your avatar. Bloke's eye injured there. ???

I am starting to feel like a Man City (new fan) watching games and expecting to turn over championship and lower half Premier league clubs with ease.
I have been around in the Goldstone days as well :lolol:

This one was televised. Carabao stream was perfect.

Picture was good, apart from buffering at the end of the first half. Commentary was alright once they turned the effects microphone down (or showed the commentator where his mike was and moved him near to it!)

Agree.

First game I've watched without ersatz crowd sounds. I rather liked it. Now I've been sated by the heroin of fake reality, maybe I'm ready for the 'crowd'-free methadone? Who knows - in a few weeks it could even be a 'commentary off' glass of carrot juice, with me doing press ups and singing gawd bless America.

I know, calm down
