Ketchup-but only Heinz.

All other ketchups are imposters
But only RED Heinz tomato sauce. Not green or blue.

HEINZ tomato ketchup is turning green. The company is launching the new version in America in October 2000 and hopes to introduce it in Britain alongside the familiar red sauce later. Red ketchup was one of Heinz's first products and has been on sale in its present form for 125 years. A blue sauce was also considered but rejected. Claire Maceivilly, of the British Nutritional Foundation, said: "I am surprised that Heinz is opting to change the colour as recent research has shown that kids are put off by the colour green."

My 10 year old dunks her fries in her milk-shake. She claims Banana just edges out Chocolate as her fave.

But when it's "jockies" from the fish shop, I'm Tom sauce, Missus is Daddies, one of the kids is Salad Cream and the other Mayo.

There is of course the great Canadian invention....POUTINE which makes chips/fries, well, delicious!

Add some black pepper and salt (screw the blood pressure) and it's chip heaven

I'm not going to read through the whole thing, but good answers are Brown, Curry, Gravy and Mayo. Tomato ketchup is incorrect.

As you were...

Crocket? Hebben wij de assen nog niet gewonnen?

Meent U niet kroket? In ieder geval zijn kroketten niet zo heerlijk als 'n uitsmijter spek en kaas - Nederlands enige "all-day breakfast".

Salad Cream or Garlic mayo if they are Chunky Home Fries!

Curry sauce if they from the chippy.

:)

Careful with that "eine". Try "een" - speaking German to Dutch people, even accidentally, is a good way to lose friends fast!

Ooops - maybe that's why I'm now divorced from my FDM

Mushy Peas on the right, cheese in the middle, mayonnaise on the left. Perfection.

And possibly a mild heart attack.

Curry sauce, gravy, mayo, ketchup, malt'n'salt, satay, etc. Yes, all great and very valid contenders, but the best chips I ever had were smothered in sweet and sour sauce from a Chinese chippy back in my college days. Lovely stuff.
