YR Sauce. It's a brown sauce but a little spicier and less sweet/caramel/fruity tasting. There's really no comparision apart from the colour. Unfortunately the nearest country to the UK that you can buy it is Ireland

Now I've voted for Ketchp, that would be if I were say having Fish and Chips, but If I were to be having chips on their own, I would have a selection of dips, possibly even some man juice to spice things up a little.

yes. vinegar! smells rank on its own, divine on chips
