Who's leaving though.........

I would guess (and this IS purely a guess) that the following may be off:

Cox
Virgo
Hawkins
Livermore

From the above, Virgo must be on a few bob, so he would free up some of the budget.

Can't see this being true, maybe in the summer to get promotion but not at the moment. All managers say not a good time to buy because of over inflated prices

Really? Thats cheap... I guess Stoke is an utter shit Hole....and land doesnt cost anything

plus there is no wrap round at the ends so the wind blows through it - its blody cold there and full of barstards - my most unfavourite stadium of the 75 league ones I have visited

I reckon he will keep:

Bennett
The Swindon Keeper foreign bloke
McNulty
Crofts
Murray
Forster

I think he will then try and clear the rest out!

...excellent point, could never understand why they didn't fill the corners in, you would have thought that they might even have considered it on being promoted to the Premiership. Stoke is possibly the most miserable place I have ever been to watch football...and to be honest there is a lot of competition for that title!

A lot cheaper than the massive £0 paid for the land at Falmer?

The likes of Hull, Wigan, Burnley, Pompey, Wolves, Stoke City, Birmingham and probably others didnt go up for £93 i imagine. Maybe not a majority but a large number

Our stadium wouldn't have been £93 million if it wasn't for inflation rising by so much.

So really, it is a £40 million stadium, which has cost us £93 million!

I am no mathmetician, but for something to go from £40 million to £93 million in 10 years is an inflation rate of over 130%

assuming the RPI has risen by approx 3% per annum, can you please explain your reasoning
