Too extreme, as I clearly said above.are you a gb news monkey?
Is that you, Leaky Sue?Nice to see the Guardian yoghurt knitters out in force.
A simple request, responded to in kind, though there is almost nothing to read...Can someone give a resume of the story as I refuse to click on a link to the Sun.
The guardian is not left wing, let alone very left wing. It's an indication of how far to the right this nation has been dragged that it is viewed as such by some. Extraordinary really. To be fair the sun is very right wing & the guardian is very left wing , so it’s bound to have different effects on different people . I take the ‘Times’ it’s the most sensible balanced paper I could find . They don’t seem to let the owners effect it’s content .
The Times is also my paper of choice. To be fair the sun is very right wing & the guardian is very left wing , so it’s bound to have different effects on different people . I take the ‘Times’ it’s the most sensible balanced paper I could find . They don’t seem to let the owners effect it’s content .

Both the Sun and Times plus their Sunday equivalents were owned by Rupert Murdoch who has his mucky paws on everything. To be fair the sun is very right wing & the guardian is very left wing , so it’s bound to have different effects on different people . Potty has given you an ironic thrumbs up again. What a guySo just GB news, the Mail and the Express then
Potty loves you today. Another thumbs up. Heartwarming. Is it the long words
I would not use "very" for either title, but The Guardian is only left of centre by about as much as the Times is right of centre, only the Independent is neither left nor right that I can detect. The Mail is as right wing as it gets in the UK for a mainstream title, and I suppose the Guardian is probably the most left of any mainstream title, but it isn't the "Socialist Worker"To be fair the sun is very right wing & the guardian is very left wing , so it’s bound to have different effects on different people . It's left of the other press. the press is very right wing. The times is beyond right of centre for sure, but the political lurch to the right in this country results in folk thinking is central and the guardian is left wing. Totally bizarre.Hmm,
General consensus is surely that the Guardian takes a liberal left leaning stance, is it not? Rather like its readership.
I do feel the title should be changed to ‘’pop down to the shop for the paper hun‘’My thread is going well
