My preference is not as sinister nor complex. I simply avoid extreme news outlets, whether they be left or right biased.
You’ve got a strange idea of extreme! The Guardian is hardly the Socialist Worker.

According to the Teeside Gazette comments it`s Danny Graham H
I was little cryptic above

we were rumoured to be after him in 2015

back then like now he was in the shop window

Point of order, Nazareth to Bethlehem is the same country.

[pedant alert] They are now but at the time of the birth of Jesus, Nazareth was in Galilee, while Bethlehem was in Judea. Galilee became part of the Judean province in 6 CE (six years or two year after - depending what you believe - the birth of Christ).

Not sure what that has to do with shopping for milk though ... :lolol:

Where does the Peoples Front of Judea come into it?

I was wondering about that. I noticed that Is It Potg?

They don't. You have confused them with the Judean Peoples Front.
Yep. Standard passive aggressive response when he's dug out for his nonsense.

It's this quote that amazes me "One passing dog walker said: "It's ridiculous when will drivers learn. Residents now can't use the shop."

No concern about the dangers on the road, that someone could have been killed? Just the inconvenience of not being able to shop there. Unbelievable
There is no danger of being killed by a car stuck in the shop window. There is no point hand wringing and getting upset about things that might have happened, but didn't.

Unless you happen to be looking in the shop window moments before the 2 tonnes of completely inappropriate car magically became stuck there.

But you are correct, someone being unable to control said vehicle is a laughing matter and nothing to worry about.

Thank heavens the courts will see it very differently...

...oh.

Why have the residents of the flats above been evacuated? Their homes are unsafe, until the vehicle is recovered and the bulding made safe with repairs.

When you're driving or walking along and you see the aftermath of an accident, do you take avoiding action in case the crashed car kills you? The crash had already happened. There was no need for the passer-by to worry about whether he was going to be stuck between the car and the shop window.

Ah so it was just a simple case of you completely missing the point HA was making.
Fair enough I now understand.

But what about when George Michael (God rest his soul) ploughed his Jag into a Snappy Snaps when he was spazzed out on skag ?
What about the needs of the residents of Hampstead to get their photos developed ?

You see, nobody ever really looks at the TRUE human cost.
