Oh I see, so we have no left back currently as Makismenko is still at Yeovil!

Spanish Dave on twitter: 'Last day in Brighton!'... Not coming back?
Nurse!
How about adding Wayne Rooney to that list, he's available! Honestly, no ambition...
Perfectly plausible - who told you, the father, the Sun or the holy ghost?
I make it that Ankergren, Dunk & Bridcutt all are coming to the end of their contracts this summer. That has to be wrong but I cannot find anything officially for any of them about longer deals

Albion have extended the contracts of skipper Gordon Greer, Ashley Barnes, Peter Brezovan, Inigo Calderon and Will Hoskins – exercising one-year options in each player’s contract and extending their deals until June 2014.
Of those other players out of contract, the club has made new contract offers to Adam El-Abd and David Lopez. Meanwhile Gary Dicker, Marcos Painter and Vicente have been informed they will not be offered new deals.
Chairman Tony Bloom said, “On behalf of Brighton & Hove Albion, I would like to thank Gary, Marcos and Vicente for their efforts on behalf of the club and wish them well in their future career."
The loan agreements for Wayne Bridge, Dean Hammond and Matthew Upson have now expired. Bloom said, “I would like to thank Wayne, Dean and Matt for their efforts this season.”

Forgotten and contract expires at the end of June 2013: Roland Bergkamp
I assume that Bergkamp is considered part of the development squad. There has been no announcement about any of the development squad players (many of whom are out of contract this summer) - presumably because their season only finished on Saturday.
