I don't have a problem paying to get there. It is just that the bus to get there is now £4.75 for a return when a B&H bus day saver (unlimited travel ANYWHERE) is £3.50. That is the problem, and they claim it is subsidised. It is not it is more expensive. It is a rip off.

Btw I notice you saying about the high prices etc. If ever you want a ticket for a game in front row of wsu just pm me. Have at least 2 available practically every match. £20 usually. They're not my tickets but I'm usually asked to try sell on... just a thought, esp as I think match tickets are excessive.

Financial Fair Play is being unilaterally being passed onto fans. Nothing more nothing less.

This is a wider issue than the transport.

I agree with it in principle but not in the way it is being dealt with. Like a number of good ideas come up with by the authorities it's the fans that ultimately suffer.

It is a projection, and so prone to inaccuracy, but it suggests that QPR could lose 60 million this coming season - that's SIXTY MILLION.

Our 8 million barely registers on THAT scale.

The use of sustainable public transport was part of the planning application, but I don't believe that 'subsidised' travel was a condition (even though it was part of the ticket price at Withdean).

The cost of the deal with B&H buses was always unsustainably high, and the club would never have met the costs unless we were all charged a ridiculous levy, so this was always going to happen.

I got so tired of it, I junked the emails and never visit the website.

There is a middle ground of course. Something that differs from the emails I get at work and more like the emails I get from my local cinema.

Football and our club in particular has an awful lot to learn. Marketing is supposed to create some emotional response. My emotional response at the moment is to close my ears and eyes to it.

Here is some advice.

Jumpers for goal posts is a lovely brand to play with. Soccerball I would imagine slightly more problematic.

I'm still annoyed QPR sold Samba for 12mil or whatever it was, a player they'd signed in Jan, and as I understand it that now counts as pure 'profit' under ffp and the outlay they paid originally irelevent...

I agree. We MUST Be horribly mis-managed and inefficient for this to really be the case. Also I suspect many teams are putting the same amount of effort that we are putting into complying with FFP into getting round FFP.

This. When did people get soft? I totally understand that the club seem to be pushing costs onto the fans, but this is something that has been generously sorted by the club in the past, so it's only going back to how things were.

It's not perfect, but it's a leisure activity and the club doesn't owe us anything (it's a business, remember) and if it helps us stay within FFP, then it's (regrettably, in my view) got to be done.

The next step will be photo's on Season Tickets and when your ill or on holiday they wont let another member of your family or friend go in your place and the club sells your seat. My view is if you have paid for the seat then you should say who uses it. Ok you take responsibility for their behaviour so are careful who you let use it. If they do this I for one will not renew my season ticket. It has already been muted that this will happen in the next couple of years. The club really are playing with fire with the supporters
