Palace aren't in for anyone that would cost any sort of fee approaching a million or over. They haven't got a pot to piss in.

We've made at least £3m from transfer fees and every penny is going back into Dougie's budget. He also had a decent budget to start with, and he's only spent half a million-ish so far. You keep spouting that we're skint, and yet all the evidence suggests otherwise.

That said, this is almost certainly bullshit. We've got Zaha who plays in a similar role, we have absolutely no need for Mr. Buckley, even if we did want to spend half our budget on one player.

YOU made £3m from transfer fees and every penny is going into Dougies Budget??....yet you board have stated that you LOST £4m last season....did'nt you lot learn from almost 2 admins.....and you have the nerve to call Buckley a diver when the whole league knows Zaha is the biggest diver since Klinsman...

A guy who works for me and who supports the scum has told me that he had put a bet on them getting relegated this season. Whether true or not suspect that sums up their aspirations more than taking Buckley from us.

They would like to imagine us as their feeder club. A little like Barnet seeing Barcelona as theirs

I love that what must be roughly our 5th best player is WELL out of their price range.

A) surely "the strongest evidence" would be quoted direct from Dougie saying you can't afford to be looking in the realms over £1m+ for players.

B ) You said Zaha's playing upfront this season.

Also, how come Sordell went to the Olympics and Zaha didn't? Could it be he's not quite as good as you lot like to fantasise he is?

Options obviously, but I would argue

Vicente
Bruno
Kuszczak
Bridcutt

Possible I suppose, wasn't thinking of new signings as we don't know how good they are going to be.

I thought last season he was breathtaking at times but he also had cold spots, especially towards the end of the season. But didn't everyone.
