The dull part of the south coast
It can be played given that the teams and officials would not be dependent on trains. Then its down to those with tickets on how they overcome the issue of no trains to get to the game.
I'm sure that many would work out that they even if all park & ride sites become full, they can park in town and get buses to the ground. It may mean getting parked earlier than normal as the buses will be busy, but no doubt those who are fit could walk from town.

Where's the wartime spirit and can do attitude.

To quote CJ I didn't get where I am today by staying at home when the trains weren't running.

Please say you’re ‘aving a larff with this one? Anyway, they’ll definitely be the wartime spirit - we’re playing Palace after all.

Palace Game - On/Off?

Have received texts from 2 different people that this match will be moved to later in the season and the club are just waiting for confirmation of the date from EPL. No idea how informed these people are but rumour mill working hard obviously.

It's not ideal as it basically leaves us without a game for 20 days right when we are in a groove.

This will then be rescheduled to when we're short of numbers and playing 3 times in 7 days...

Has to be played before 12 November. Also normally PL games can’t be played on Champions League nights, although there is occasional exceptions to this. Is there any free midweeks available

The rule about league games not being able to be played on CL nights was dropped a few years ago. The only clash UEFA try to avoid is other league games taking place within 30 miles of a CL game, which is not going to effect us playing at home.

Get all of that (and loved Reggie P BTW) - not sure how our friends from the north will cope....and perhaps more importantly how Sussex Police will either.

Make the Northerners wait CJ style.
1,2,3,4 .....make them wait outside the door
5,6,7,8....always pays to make them wait
9,10....Come!

Best management advice ever given!

Not having a pop at you but given all that the club does for its staff I bet they’re delighted that some weasel(s) can’t wait to post this sort of thing on social media (then again it could be attention seeking dicks making it up).

Brighton factually.....
We are being a tad narrow minded here are we not, if they move ours, then surely they will have to move Newcastle v Bournemouth 3pm and the earlier kick off at wolves, plus later still Leicester travelling to Tottenham. Why are we special?

It’s for this reason I think it won’t be moved however what makes us special is our ground is quite unique in not having parking near by and relying on trains to get fans to matches.

Little notice is very disrespectful to fans. Its also very dissapointing Albion havent told fans they what they are trying to do...looking into etc...

Perhaps they should consider removing the parking exclusion zone as a one-off for this match?
Even if they did it will be a drop in the ocean. The club could tell us what the zone is..map anywhere? But i cant see it happening sets presidence locals wont want at all.
