It’s for this reason I think it won’t be moved however what makes us special is our ground is quite unique in not having parking near by and relying on trains to get fans to matches.

Doesn’t that describe Tottenham as well to a large extent ?

Ffs. You don’t have a clue

Kind of what happens if you don't make any statement about something concerning a large number of people. All hearsay and rumours. Far as I'm concerned club haven't said anything so must be being played on the Saturday as planned.

Not really, numerous bus routes to or near WHL. Tube services to Tottenham Hale and Seven Sisters - although a bit of a trek to the ground (20/30 minute walk). Inconvenient it maybe but an absolute breeze compared with fans trying to get to the Amex in the same circumstances.

There is quite a lot of parking around WHL, especially with apps like JustPark, certainly a lot more than around the Amex, and especially when the uni car parks aren’t available.

Bet they have as many as us that normally travel by train for part of their journey

Yes they do, White Hart Lane and Northumberland Park being the nearest stations. The difference is that fans going to Tottenham have a reasonable transport alternative if there’s a rail strike, we don’t.

I’ve driven there a couple of times……even though I booked very early there wasn’t a huge amount showing on justpark, and it’s expensive.

It’s £30+ to park on JustPark anywhere near the Amex (Coldean Lane area)

Personally I think they should get rid of the parking exclusion zone permanently.

Yes, there's an agreement in place blah blah.

If we were Man U or Liverpool a way would be found.

Absolutely - a nice bit of street parking with the local scallies sales pitch of “Look after yer car mister for a tenner”. What could possibly go wrong? :drink:

Just as well modern cars aren't fitted with hubcaps . . . mind you they would probably wrench the entire wheel off instead.

Each day that goes on makes it less likely that it will be moved I think. We are only 10 days away now.

It's a parking zone that's been demanded by the residents. I can't see the council back-tracking on it

There are parking exclusion zones around both Old Trafford and Anfield
