The Eagles value the 28-year-old Denmark defender - who joined Palace from Lyon in 2020 for about £20m - at closer to £40m.
Fulham have been looking to increase their defensive numbers after Tosin Adarabioyo joined Chelsea following the end of his contract and Tim Ream moved to Charlotte FC.
They had a bid rejected for Aston Villa defender Diego Carlos earlier this week but completed the signing of Jorge Cuenca from Villarreal.
Andersen spent the 2020-21 season on loan at Craven Cottage from Lyon.

Someone posted this on X today and has fooled a lot of people. It relates to an injury he picked up in Feb.
He was subbed after 60 mins against Nantes.

I’ve been out of the loop for a few days , wilf ? Coming back? I don’t think it’ll happen.
Had a top weekend in cologne for my son’s stag weekend and we managed to get tickets for the leverkusen / betis game.
He had to wear an outfit which went down very well with the leverkusen fans who were great, but we got a few strange looks as well.
The outfit must have been a bit much as we all weren’t allowed to stand with the ultras and got moved to the other end
