I have spent a fair amount of time stuck in East Croydon as my dad used to work at the tribunals there and once due to the bomb scare 7/7 and I don't like it. Simple as that.

The simple fact is that you cant compare Brighton and Croydon.

I wouldnt want to Brighton is a Seaside Town and Croydon is a Conurbation, two totally different places. You talk as if all of brighton is fantastic it isnt is it?

I live in the most ghetto bit around here, church street, where there are a few estates but it's still nicer than Croydon and I dont get any aggro. Plus this place is a tiny one bedroom ex council gaff-hardly luxury.
