I've never set foot in there, but what's the upstairs used for? I'm guessing it's not like the restaurant, as per the old picture, but the windows are blacked out, so I'm guessing it's not housing/workplace either?

You can see how that building has been lovingly cherished since it stopped being a bank. It’s been given a true Brighton makeover. It’s probably what Swansman had in mind with his ‘graffiti is good’ comment a while back!

I actually prefer the new building. It turns the corner very elegantly. Just waiting for the Turkish barbers to open on the ground floor.
