Ooo that takes me back. The Cottage was an excellent second hand record shop - bought many LPs (or "vinyls" as the young 'uns now call them) there. Remember lovely staff in there too.Somebody might remember this, Th3 Cottage used record shop in Church Road . I regret that I did not know it but by accounts it was an institution in its day .

Always struck me walking past that building that it looked very pub-shaped. I wonder if it was a pub before it was a set of hairdresser & newsagent shops?
