granted, proposed figures don't exhibit a great deal of disparity but does anyone know what the capacity of the stadium is exactly?

Ok, shall we own up now. Its gonna be big, absolutley massive. What about that Hotel? Oh yes, 50 floors with conference facilities. Great views from the top. I also hear that the Monsters of Rock will be first up for the concert. And what about the dragcart race around Falmer Village and pond.

I did hear on the grapevine that extra tiers could be added as and when. 22k is nice and everything but it really caps our ambition to mid to lower Championship.

In 30, 40 years time 22k will absolutely need extending.

That'll be 10 years time more like, for when we're hosting the WORLD CUP.

I heard that there is room for expansion up to a maximum of 40,000.

Actually I heard it was 60,000.

Whether there are 60,000 Albion fans in existence is another matter..!

The picturess of a nice curvy stadium were just a smokescreen. This is what is will look like

Don't forget the airport and the access roads serving the nuclear power plant that will now be required.

i was under the impression that a condition of the planning application was that it couldn't be expanded beyond its initial capacity

therefore surely any application for expansion would be instantly rejected

(unless you're all talking tongue in cheek?)

I was actually being serious, I was reporting what I had heard. Maybe Lord B could go through the application with a fine-tooth comb to confirm.
