Once in a lifetime oppo to sit/stand alongside all those who didn't get locked up after the recent riots and belt out some anthems (out of tune) together. #heal the world

Altogether now: "So Sally can wait..."

I'm now hearing that fans suspected of passing on Oasis tickets will be asked to collect them at the venue - a leaf out of PB's book!
In recent years UK Iron Maiden gigs required the card holder to be present and be able to show ID.

Don't forget their partner in crime Live Nation!
I'm lumping them in with Ticketmaster as they are they same company "Live Nation Entertainment".

I've just discovered they are based in Los Angeles (specifically Beverly Hills). I guess it's fitting the worst company is based in the worst city in the US.

“Live Nation has been linked to at least 200 deaths and 750 injuries”

Maybe price gouging is the least of your worries?

I guess it just rubbishes the (obviously false) claim that the Gallaghers are men of the people, and they give any kind of shit about their audience. They're back for the money and THEY WANT MORE.

Once the red-tint on ya retro sunnies have faded, you may find that maaaaybe the Gallaghers are nothing like you. (Royal You obv Jack)

I thought Liam's posts were rather amusing.

I don't disagree. I don't really care about Oasis so find it quite funny tbh.

However, if you'd painted this picture in your head of the Gallagher brothers as the archetypal Northern everyman only to have one of them directly tell you to "SHUTUP" because you've been priced out of their gig, you may be a little pissed off 😂

They all deserve each other!

I don’t mind Marina Hyde, but she really loses the plot when talking about social issues in the Grauniad. Not relevant to this article - which is spot on though.

Marina Hyde is Marina Elizabeth Catherine Dudley-Williams, daughter of Sir Alastair Edgcumbe James Dudley-Williams, 2nd Baronet and granddaughter of Sir Rolf Dudley-Williams, 1st Baronet.

Makes me laugh on her podcast with fellow Oxbridge alumnus Richard Osman, when they’re putting the world to rights about a world they’ve never known.

Edit: still would though

Werd. She comes across as really 'street'. LOL

Harsh! Their podcast is about the entertainment world. Between them, they know a lot.

There is a rumour that when starting out as a writer she may have got very close to Piers Morgan.
