I think people need to calm down a bit and stop being so f***ing PRECIOUS about the whole thing
Amen to that.
So a bunch of MONGS who post shite on a 3rd division football clubs website SAW SOMEONES NAME.

f*** me, call MI5.

Chill out fella. I'd be a bit miffed but all you've done is made loads of people go look for your name, when previosly they couldn't give a monkeys.
My real name is Sheila B Lovelips but I keep it secret because I'm a member of Her Majestys Government as is Bof (real name Lilac Ear), Les(real name Igor Van Rental) and Yorkie(real name Trevor Trouser-Suit)Truff(real name Nicely Rounded-Buns) and Meads Ball (real name Prickly C Fish Hips Jr).
However if you feel you must carry this on let me recomend my Lawyers, Damn Wank and Penis.

(Names have been changed to protect the inocent).

I can understand being peeved if someone used your name and you didn't want them to but threatening legal action is way overboard. Chill Winston. Or William or whatever your name is.

can't be arseed to read the wqhole thread but all i can say is PATHETIC! William Chops, you sir are an idiot and if you are not willing to let people know who you really are, your opinion is invalid. I understade that people will go on about private voting for elections but this is a message board, please get a life:tosser:

It would appear that NSC broke the Data Protection Act when it passed my name to Dave The Gaffer who subsequently published it on this site. This has been confirmed by a lawyer.

Not only is this illegal, it also goes against accepted internet protocol. I am not happy with this.

I am considering my next move.

What do other people think?

Sue NSC of course. Close it down. Either that or raise a fuss with some harsh words before quietly forgetting about it.

DTG and the offending moderator on the other hand should, of course, be BANNED.

to be fair, i suggested to bozza that if i had compromised the board then of course i would be banned and take it in good grace.

i stand by that.

its quite interesting that allthough he accepted my apology , when some people made an issue of it, he now comes back with all this legal stuff.

ah well....

not been your month, Dave, has it?

Never mind - it's only a football forum. No-ones hurt and no harm's been done really no matter what all these drama queens say.

Oh you're for it now DTG! Up in front of the beak before the weekend, I'd imagine. You could get LIFE.

Or this'll make NSC gold and we'll make up a new word for empty legal threats made by faceless (although not nameless) keyboard warriors.

Childish innit. Slap on the wrist. Jog on,

I bet you were well chuffed when you thought that one up.

Empty legal threats are funny, especially when "they've consulted a lawyer" that appears to know sod all about the law that has apparently been broken.

This is why I love NSC.

Oh, and Mr Leon, your avatar is very apt.
