You're right Frank, I am in my mid-thirties and I've only been in IT since 1993. But yes I didn't have a clue what the contracting market was like for 70-something year olds until you came on here to explain that it was a case of taking a contracting position for a permy's wage.

I'll just have to make sure I don't need to work at 70-odd. So my plan is to carry on working and not doing anything STUPID like getting locked up at her majesties pleasure. Which reminds me, did you remove your criminal record from your CV along with those 20 years experience? I'd put it back on if I were you. Something to talk about at your next interview innit.
