82% of the UK are white so you'd expect the ratios to be an even split, doesn't appear that way on many shows though.
How would you make 18% of a presenting duo non-white to be representative

Or do you mean the programmes where they have 100 presenters?

Only Caught end of one show and was lots of boxes on the couch

Carry on though . It’s all good

Let’s see
I'm sorry, the two non white people on the show were two people called DENZEL WASHINGTON and Katarina Johnson-Thompson. You might have heard of them.

If that is "box ticking" and not people being there based on their status in their professions then I really do feel sad that that's where your brain goes to as a first thought.

Whoever it is, I will continue to fast forward. Unless it's Rachel Riley of course.
I genuinely don’t get this and the other person who said “no pundits”.

The highlights of our game are available online before MOTD without having to sit through punditry OR a “thrilling” 1-1 draw between Man U and Spurs.

Talk on Talkshite this morning about the BBC wanting to make it a job share (Chappers has apparently rejected an offer to do that) or to rotate the presenters.
Crap idea - the programme needs identity, in the way Linaker has been its DNA for the past 25 years. I also think it should be someone who by and large has only the one job, not somebody who also pops up regularly on the One Show, and/or hosts their own quiz show or whatever. So, no suggestions from me as to exactly who, but maybe somebody who is fairly new to the business, not an old hack who's been around and introduced it all like Scott or Balding.

^^ which begs the question, why DO people still watch MOTD? (I haven't watched it since the 1990s). No idea if the younger demographic watch it, but if they're looking to grab some of that market, rather than the majority of coffin dodgers on NSC, 'Chappers' isn't the answer, they need to look at some of the young guns who present some of the Beebs online football content and get some younger pundits on the couch.

It’s going to be a ‘couple’ hosting MotD like the One Show or This Morning (in my opinion) isn’t it?

I don’t want this.
Yes, sadly you're probably right; a couple, or job share or rotation - the BBC will find a way to f*** it up rather than make a decision and actually appoint a new presenter and have done with it.
But if it happens, my vote goes to Glenn Murray and Jules Breach.
Glenn Murray would be a good shout.

Don’t care who gets it, man or woman.

As long as they can host well, that’s all that matters. Being competent is what they’ll be selected on rather than all this woke rubbish that a few on here have said. Let’s all try and be bigger than that.

Time has moved on, you just know it's going to be Rylan. That I would watch.
