It's official
What have I just read! After watching the video again on page 1 just now, that post really irks me.How many in here would support a non-league club instead of Brighton if they supported their local club?
The reason why 30k people go the Amex to watch Brighton and 242 people go and watch Whitehawks FC is because one of the clubs are good and the other is shit. Or to use your words, Brighton is more shiny.
Adopted? We’re not some puppy for Xmas thank you very much. Try supporting your local club instead and build up some pride there over decades rather than jumping on a bandwagon the other side of the world because it’s more shiny.
You are reading a post from a poster who despite a decent knowledge of football over all, a long time spent on this board, a claimed adoption of our club and an interest in city has failed to understand much of what make English football tick and more pertinently much of what makes Brighton as a city and a club tick. What have I just read! After watching the video again on page 1 just now, that post really irks me.
It’s our local pro club that we saved - us - the fans. Don’t ever try to make out we are glory supporters! Ever!
