Who gives a f*** about the number of words in the team
I'm going to make a reveal video for my boss and coworker so I hope this squawking and flapping is a thing otherwise I may never live this down lol
Er, he’s here?Where were you when we were shit?
Adopted? We’re not some puppy for Xmas thank you very much. Try supporting your local club instead and build up some pride there over decades rather than jumping on a bandwagon the other side of the world because it’s more shiny.
How many in here would support a non-league club instead of Brighton if they supported their local club?Adopted? We’re not some puppy for Xmas thank you very much. Local Pro club you idiot. How many in here would support a non-league club instead of Brighton if they supported their local club?
The reason why 30k people go the Amex to watch Brighton and 242 people go and watch Whitehawks FC is because one of the clubs are good and the other is shit. Or to use your words, Brighton is more shiny.
Many of us do bothHow many in here would support a non-league club instead of Brighton if they supported their local club?

You would say that because you live in Sweden, have never seen Brighton play live and are one fan amongst the very many global fans that have ‘jumped on the bandwagon’ of Clubs when they have become top flight or when a particular player or manager joined the Club. (Said in the nicest possible way and not meant as a criticism, it is what it is)How many in here would support a non-league club instead of Brighton if they supported their local club?

I think I need to use certain functions on the NSC filters for a while so I don‘t respond I’m beginning to feel rather triggered.making lots of friends this “holiday season”, Swansman. Ban number 13 coming up?
Ok I'm not reading this but I know what it says. It says "bla bla bla" and "something something Graham Potter" and more "bla bla".You would say that because you live in Sweden, have never seen Brighton play live and are one fan amongst the very many global fans that have ‘jumped on the bandwagon’ of Clubs when they have become top flight or when a particular player or manager joined the Club. I support Brighton because I grew up in Brighton and lived there for 50 years so always will but I am fortunate enough that my local team now happens to be a Championship side.
I think for some Brighton fans who have put the leg work and commitment in over decades from when we were very much a local 3rd/2nd division club, it still understandably sticks in the craw for some of us when new fans join what is the results of years of graft. It is largely thanks to this legion of community based Brighton fans (I include myself in that) that the Clubs exists today in its new ‘shiny’ form.
That said the Club is now in the best football League in the World where football is played at a pace and intensity you rarely see outside the EPL so it’s inevitable it will attract international players, managers and therefore ‘plastic’ fans from all over the World, some of whom will never step inside the stadium.
So I say hats off to the OP who is respectful enough to make an effort to understand our history, our fans and the culture of the Club. That’s a good first step to becoming a genuine fan - it’s not just about being knowledgable about football or supporting the best football teams .
(Btw Whitehawk FC are a decent semi-pro Club not ‘shit’ - just a different type and level of football in a very different pond so way to piss off any Wfc fans on NSC)
I actually don't think its controversial to say that a club generally has more fans than another club due to some level of success.making lots of friends this “holiday season”, Swansman. Ban number 13 coming up?
It's "Whitehawk FC"How many in here would support a non-league club instead of Brighton if they supported their local club?
