Curiously, I purchase consumer electronics based on functionality. Potential for sexual congress isn't a factor I take into consideration.

No guarantee its going to be unlocked. In fact I'd lay money on it not being unlocked within a week, except not with someone I'm almost sure wouldn't pay up (e.g. you)

And by the time it can be unlocked, I doubt you'll get what you paid for it, as there'll be far, far more of them available.

Someones already cracked the AT&T activation bollocks that apple had put on it so I would imagine there is someone well on thier way to an unlocker too. Either way with the AT&T activation cracked it is a f***ing cool ipod regardless of phone functionality.
