In his first game I thought he was the new Pele but the last five times or so I have seen him he had developed into a pretty average run of the mill league 3 striker which is dissapointing. He had scored 5 but missed 10 sitters and look a long way from the finished article. Rochdale will be pleased to get £ 350000 and that was good business for them. The jury is now very much out and his is miles behind the ability of Forster.

I think he'll come good, the fact that he hasn't scored lately must be playing on his mind I suppose.

If he was lazy he wouldn't be getting so many chances. He'll come good and is an excellent foil for Forster.

PS - a great example of Glen Murray's "lazyness" was the header he nearly scored with yesterday. A mazy dribble from fairly deep in midfield, lay off to Cox and a surging run into the box to meet the cross with a powerful header that the keeper did well to save. Lazy bastard.

I think his new nickname of ' One in ten Glen' is a bit strong though.

I would give a player like Murray a good half a season or so to settle in.

I know it is Easter but this miracle will take a little longer.

Expectation is far to high, I know we paid a lot of money but I some how think this was to show willing to fans.

He will be a very good player in time as we have seen flashes of his brilliance.

I'm not at all disappointed. He has quite a few goals to his name already and get's himself into goalscoring positions more often than any Albion player since Zamora. Give him time - you'll be posting another "public apology" before too long.

Better than Savage? Absolutely. Luckier? No.

He was pretty poor yesterday, surprised Wendy didn't replace him with Jake for the last half hour.

What rubbish.... sure he has missed a few chances but his general play has been of a very high standard. Is always available, holds the ball up reasonably well and brings other players into the game.

How someone can question is he better than Savage is a joke

Not sure , Savage scored again for Millwall. Not much differnce between the 2 and now its 50/50 who I want want here now. Any I will not be issuing any more public apologies, I predicted Wilkins would get us relegated, I was wrong.
