Banned in the morning, you're getting banned in the morning, banned in the morning, you're getting banned in the morning! :albion2:

It wouldn't surprise me if he goes tomorrow.

Mr Slade Thank-you very much for saving us last season.

However, I have been banging on since July first friendly game. We have made just about no progress since. 3 game wins is totally unacceptable. BHA fans are too patient compared to many other clubs for results, as we have been served with such mediocre in the last 10 years+

Personally I would give him the next two games to save his skin.

Anything less than 4 points & out.

This could of course mean goodbye after saturday.

It was widely reported that Alex Ferguson was one game away from losing his job when he started with Man U and look where they are now.

I really hope Mr Slade that you are not sacked tomorrow & prove me and the growing minority (closing in on a majority) of fans that you can turn things around. However, I think management have been too patient haven't they? Some managers would have lost their job after the Huddersfield game i.e. Norwich. But, BHA fans have had to put up with atrocious results and dire discipline subsequently.

Fight for your job, if its not too late

Would be gutting but I wouldn't be surprised if it was true. Nothing about our FARCE of a club surprises me these days.

Very true. I am getting extremely fed up with our managerial merry-go-round.

I like the sound of Steve Brown. He has been there and done it and has a UEFA A badge (not that badges are the be all and end all). Played in every single position, including in goal for Charlton I believe. A shame he is stuck with our youth team and not given an elevated role.

There are two people who work in the Albion press office to the best of my knowledge, and I would be surprised if either of them are uncles. Even if they are, I doubt they would tell their nephews if they had even the slightest doubt they would post it on here.

Becoming the unmanagable team. Why anyone would touch the job is beyond me. You will only be fired no matter what you do.

Can only really echo what Hiney said. If this is true (which I doubt) the fact that you went BEHIND you uncle's back to tell everyone :nono:

If not true, you're just a COCK of the highest order!!

If this is true, It will be a shame. I like Slade, and I don't think he has been given long enough. He should get until Christmas at least.

Same shit happens whatever manager you have. So if a new manager does come along, and we lose, then it will be the same again. xxx manager out now.

I will hold my hands up, I lost my temper on Saturday, and ticked yes for Slade to go. It was born out of frustration. I wish I never put yes, because I still think Slade is doing all he can, and I honestly think he can pull this around.

I think we just need to agree that we don't have the infrastructure in place to get out of this league at the moment. We have been a team in decline (relatively) for a number of years and there have been too many changes in recent years i.e. personel (management/players) to forge any sort of cohesive unit.

Not helped by key injuries and SUSPENSIONS.

Massively harsh on Slade if he does get the push. Hasn't he just relocated his whole family?

People on this board take the piss out of Newcastle, Leeds, Chelsea etc etc for their managerial changes/bad running of the club but don't see we're EXACTLY the same. We're just a lower-league Newcastle in recent years. The difference is they've got 50,000 fans so probably have a right to demand some sort of success whereas we've got 5,000. Very few people are capable of stepping back and looking at us objectively. We're a shit club in a shit stadium with shit support in a shit league and some shit players. Right now, mid-table in this league is not a disgrace. Of course, when Falmer is close to opening and we want to attract bigger crowds then there needs to be more pressure on people to perform and harsher penalties if they don't, but right here right now we're a f***ing joke if we think we've got a right to sack managers after 13 games. This would be 3 in 18 months. Says it all.

Agree.

The amount of lets laugh at ...... threads always amuses me, as well as the havent .... got shit fans, well Withdean is the only ground I have been to where the players tell homefans to f*** off, thats great support

Slade is the type of manager need for at least a couple of seasons, give him till christmas at least, he deserves it.

Yes we do have a right as we have ambition and are moving forward???
This isn't potless brighton with no ambition anymore remember,we have spent quiet big so far and should be doing much better this season. Not to mention we should have carried on from the end of last seasons good results.

People on here need to realise the ambition which lies ahead and stop thinking of what we have mostly been like.???

You spent big so you deserve success? if only.

Spurs would be champions if that was the case.
